Judgement (before enforcement) - You can apply for Judgement if the debtor does not comply with the courts order to pay. A Judgement is a court requirement before Enforcement proceedings can begin.

A Judgement will affect the debtor’s credit rating and remain on the public register for 6 years (unless paid within 28 days). The following information is recorded:

• Debtor name

• Debtors date and place of birth (if individual)

• Debtors address at the date of judgment

• Name of the court

• Amount of the judgment

• Date of the judgment

• The claim number
